Day 4 of the Calm Copy Challenge is where we stop circling the “who it’s for” stuff and actually describe the service itself—what it is, how it works, and what someone walks away with. I keep this one intentionally short (about 15 minutes total), because the goal is imperfect action: get the info out of your head and onto the page without overthinking, polishing, or meddling. If you’d rather speak than type, I also mention using a voice-to-text tool (like Otter.ai) to capture your thoughts fast. In this step, I have you write (or record) the end-to-end experience: how someone books, what happens next, what’s included, and how it’s structured. Then—only if it feels doable—you can add benefits and outcomes. And no, outcomes don’t have to be “tangible results”; they can be feelings and experiences too (how it feels on the other side of working with you). I set a 7-minute timer, you generate the raw material, and you put it away without editing—because tomorrow we pull everything from the last four days into one document and turn it into a finished service/sales page.
