In this plan with me, I’m setting up my social media planner for September 6–12, 2021 in my personal rings. I’m using the gorgeous florals and coordinating boxes from the Live Love Posh anniversary box (I love, love, love these stickers), plus a small quote from According to Ali that says “learn to rest not quit.” I also went back to a layout I tried the week before—because last week’s setup just didn’t work for me. It looked like it should be great, but it felt like I didn’t have enough usable room, and mentally I needed something that felt more open. I walk you through choosing floral combinations, layering boxes over florals, and balancing heavy decoration (down at the bottom) with a lighter top section so it stays functional. For my headers, I use pretty script stickers from Planner Kate (“to do,” “don’t forget,” and “this week”), then I add tiny social media icons from LJ Jumble and track Instagram posts with my Zig Clean Color Dot markers (even though I realized mid-way the gray wasn’t my favorite and my dots were crooked—oops). I also show my practical process: whiting out, trimming to avoid punching issues, re-punching with my We R Memory Keepers punch to match Cloth & Paper holes, and re-slitting pages so I’m not opening rings a hundred times all week.
