In this Plan With Me, I’m setting up my Mini Happy Planner for September 6–12, 2021, and I’m keeping it real with you: I went into this week with absolutely no clue what stickers I wanted to use. Since I filmed out of order, I decided to match my Mini to my social media planner and pull the same gorgeous pink/purple floral stickers (Live.Love.Posh) plus a couple quote stickers from According to Ali. I also had to deal with some leftover pink dots from last week, so I leaned hard into the “put a ton of florals on it” plan and built a floral strip down the middle to cover everything up. I also walk through the not-so-fun part—cutting the page down the middle with my X-Acto knife and trying to re-punch it. The punch situation honestly got me a little upset because the stickers didn’t want to come out cleanly (I even tried the “put paper behind it” trick), and it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. After that, I added the functional basics I needed: a Tuesday meeting and Friday payday, and I whited out the weekend so it wouldn’t look awkward. Even if this spread didn’t turn out as cute as I pictured, you’ll see exactly how I troubleshoot, adjust, and move on—because that’s real planner life.
