In this Plan With Me, I’m setting up my social media planner for August 30th through September 5th, and I’m trying something a little different with my layout. I’m using blank inserts from Peanuts Planner Co (a week on two pages style), because I wanted to switch it up and figure out what actually works best for a social media overview. For stickers, I’m pulling from The Happy Planner Biz Babe Goals sticker book, plus my tiny social media icons from LJ Jumble (they’re so cute, super tiny, and honestly work in any planner size). I walk through how I separate YouTube and Instagram so it doesn’t confuse me, and I map out my posting schedule—this week is heavier because my monthly videos go up, so I’ve got five videos total. I also show how I track two Instagram photos a day without burning through my icon stash by writing “IG” and using my gray Zig dot marker to add two dots underneath. Then I add in my weekly workflow (like Etsy design work and filming day), build out a functional to-do section (including adding Facebook links to my YouTube posts), and finish with a little decorative touch without making it so busy I can’t write in it. By the end, I’m loving how much cleaner this feels than my usual horizontal setup—and yes, I’m still dreaming of dated inserts because I really hate dating things.
