Using thrift store 4 Ohm speakers with an 8 Ohm ham radio external speaker jack

Audio quality on SSB isn't usually terribly great, so it's hard to judge if using two thrift store 4 ohm speakers in series (to get the 8 ohm impedance expected by the audio amplifier in the radio) gives better audio quality, but the sound feels "fuller" and you can definitely get more volume if needed.
