The exterior size is 3/4", so I expect the interior of the hose is 1/2". It has a reasonable amount of flow for typical home gardening / watering purposes, but may do less GPM of water flow than a full sized 3/4" hose. The brass fittings connect to standard hose bibs / accessories and have a plastic strain relief shield on each end. In addition to the hose, the package comes with a small roll of Teflon thread sealing tape, 3 extra rubber hose washers (in addition to the one already installed in the house and the sprayer) an all plastic hose end adjustable hose sprayer, and a plastic "handle/hook" for carrying the hose around. The washers and Teflon tape are standard. The hook flexes a little bit carrying the entire length of hose (which has to be looped into 3-4' loops to fit on the width of the handle). The hook/handle does not have screw holes, but you could "hang" it on a nail or screw on a wall using the hand/finger holes. It's really not a wall adapter, just a carry handle, and of all the accessories I feel it has the least actual utility (but then again, I plan on leaving the hose permanently mounted on my existing wall hook, and not carrying it around). The spray nozzle feels lightweight, appears to be made entirely of plastic, but works well, and is quite rigid, so it may hold up well over time. The hose works as you would expect, and the stainless steel outer sheath appears to give good protection to the inner hose that carries the water, so I'm hopeful that it will stand up the to continuous sun exposure on the south wall of my house. My only real complaint about the hose is that the accessory (non-house) end has a very narrow ring to grip on the brass end to unscrew things. [The plastic strain relief end can be gripped to help screw things on, but it tends to unscrew in your hand if you grip it to unscrew something from the hose, and the bit to grab on the brass is a bit thin.] The house side has plenty of gripping surface on the attachment ring that screws it to the hose bib.
