In my testing, the light draws 124 watts of power at the "high" setting, and 53 watts at the medium, and 49 watts at the low setting. So it doesn't draw the rated 150 watts, and the medium and low settings are almost the same. That being said, the fixture is bright and puts out a lot of light. Construction is relatively thin bent metal, perfectly fine quality for a shop / garage / warehouse, but not "decorator". It has two 3/8" knockouts on the top (one on the case, one on the access panel, so you can wire it for both AC power high voltage and low voltage 0-10v dimmer if you want. Hookup is a simple Hot(line) / Neutral / Ground that is rated to work from 120-277 volts 50-60Hz [I only tested it at 120 volts & 60 hz]. The two 10 volt dimmer lines are terminated with insulators, and if you don't hook them up it will operate as a regular on/off light (but does NOT support AC voltage dimmers). If you attach a 100K potentiometer to the 0-10v lines you can use it to control the built in dimmer circuit inside the LED driver. The LED's never fully go out, but they get super dim (just enough light to warn somebody that the fixture is still receiving AC power) when turned down, and can go up to max brightness when the resistance between the control lines gets high. There is plenty of extra room at either end of the fixture to install a 100K pot inside if you don't want to have an external dimmer control box. The package includes wire nuts and hanging chains which are plenty strong for the lightweight fixture. You will have to provide your own AC power line 3/8" connector and conduit. The price point is right, and despite the fact that it doesn't quite hit the 150 watt power specification, it functions well and provides me plenty of light over my garage workbench. If you were planning on using it as a "high bay" light I'd suggest treating it as a 125 W light instead of a 150w one.
