Amazon Affiliate Link: https://amzn.to/3P7zB5B Price as reviewed: $46 400A 12V 24V 48V Bus Bar with 6 x 5/16" (M8) Studs, Heavy Duty Power Distribution Block & Battery Terminal Kit with 6 Lugs for Inverter, Solar, Marine, RV (Red & Black Pair) From the RVMARINEPAT Store This set of busbars says it's 5/16th sized, but the studs are actually M8-1.25m thread pitch. 5/15th lugs fit over them just fine, and they include the M8 locking nuts you need, but just be aware that 5/16th hardware won't thread onto the studs. The package includes two heavy (0.75 lbs) bus bars that each have 6 studs, along with 4x 1/0 x 5/16 lugs and 2x "4/0" by 5/16th lugs (which look more like the 00 lugs I've seen in the past). They also include some very thin heat shrink tubing for the lugs (but it is not adhesive lined). More for color coding the wires and lugs than offering actual sealing properties. Note that if you use the larger lugs, they take up the space next to the end stud, so one stud must be left empty, giving you a total of one large lug and 4 small lugs on the busbar. [Also note that they give you 2x large lugs and 4x smaller lugs, which is enough to connect one larger and two smaller cables to each busbar, it's up to you to provide lugs for the rest of the studs (10-12 in total). The nuts appear to be stainless steel. The studs appear to be zinc coated steel (so may corrode/rust). The nickle coated copper bus bar is non-magnetic. The plastic insulation blocks and covers are adequately strong and sturdy. Overall it feels like a reasonable offering at this price point.
