It includes cotter pins for the retaining bolts on each end to keep the nut from vibrating off accidentally due to wind on the lines under tension, and the turnbuckles have jam nuts you can tighten down to keep the length from changing. These turnbuckles are labeled 3/8th, but also advertised as equivalent to M10 size. As all the hardware is provided and matching, it doesn't really matter if it's imperial or metric. The entire turnbuckle is "electrophoretic coated" which basically means they dipped it in a bath of paint particles and used electricity to attract them to the metal, and then baked them on in an oven. (Sort of like powder coating, but thinner). If you are looking for something that is less reflective than generic stainless steel I guess this is fine, but you don't really need it for rust protection as it's stainless. Also, the coating comes off the threads relatively quickly as soon as you run a nut over them, and my hands were slightly discolored after handling the turnbuckles, so I'm not terribly impressed with how well it sticks.
