It works well with the Arenti app, good video quality, bright lights for nighttime use and the mounting bracket is easily adjustable. I especially appreciate the "noise detection" feature that will alert you to noise (not just motion) as I use it to monitor my well pump and utility room, so I know if the well pump is running when I'm not home. Although you can power it with a 12v barrel connector, it is designed to be powered over ethernet via POE, and since it doesn't have Wifi built in, you will need to run an ethernet cable out to it anyways, so you may as well use POE for the power.
