[I just used the highest watt setting (which was the default).] I measured the watt draw closer to 85 watts when it was in the "75W" setting. While it is possible to pull the lens off and change the switches, I expect that they will be set one time during install and then left alone for the rest of the life of the product. One end of the light has a spring loaded hinge mechanism that keeps the polycarbinate diffuser lens in place. The light comes wall all the hardware you need to install it, and is quite lightweight, making a single person install easy. The LED's are definitely doing pulse width modulation (even at the highest power setting) as you get black bars across the video when you point the camera directly at the light, but this effect goes away if it isn't pointing directly at the light. Only time will tell about the longevity of the LED bulbs and driver circuit, but they are working well out of the box.
