Amazon Affiliate Link: https://amzn.to/3O8HwiA (Make sure to select your specific camera brand) Price as reviewed: $50 This mini-flash unit charges via a USB-C port (they supply a USB-A to USB-C cable, or you can use any USB-C cell phone charger) and interfaces with Sony cameras digitally to activate Through The Lens (TTL) mode, where the flash unit fires a "pre-flash" which is measured by the camera sensor to determine exactly how much power to use so that your foreground and background are balanced. If you want to add extra light (or less) you can manually adjust +/- three stops with the + and - buttons next to the display. It also has a manual mode so you can use it on cameras with only a single point hot-shoe, but on my Sony A6300 camera, manual mode was disabled and it would only work in TLL mode while attached to the digital hot-shoe on my camera. It makes plenty of light for close to mid range work, is very small and light and is a great addition to an APS-C camera body for daily use. It is a micro flash, so you will need to use it with lenses shorter than 3.15 inches long to prevent casting shadows from the front of the lens. Physically and flash power wise it is essentially the same as the ZF08, Zeniko's non-TTL manual-only model, which costs $20 less. Unless you don't have one of the cameras that supports TTL mode with the ZT08, I would always prefer it over the ZF08. You can find my ZF08 review here: https://youtu.be/Z5cJn_tY3zY
