The overall temp of the case was around 110F (spots going as high as 120F) after the hour at full load, so warm, but not hot. Almost no parasitic draw when nothing is drawing power. I'm using it on an Arras cable modem that also needs the 12 volts and 5.5mm by 2.1mm barrel connector and it's working great.
