The adjustment holes are about 7mm apart, and most of the construction is glued. The quality feels appropriate for the price point, but I'm expecting to have to replace it after a few years as I kind of expect some of the glued pieces will start to pull off or fray eventually. It was easy to install onto my watch that had 14mm lugs and matches the silver face well.
