Amazon Affiliate Link: https://amzn.to/4tOgLiU Price as reviewed: $40 Mini Wireless Lavalier Microphone for iPhone/Android/Tablet/PC with Lightning/USB-C Plug, Noise Cancellation, Wireless Clip-on Mic with Charging Case for Video Recording TikTok YouTube Podcast This wireless microphone set includes a charging case that fits the USB-C receiver and two wireless transmitters. The case recharges the transmitters, and you plug the case into a USB-C cable to recharge it. (It charges at 5 volts, 0.25 amps, or 1.25 watts, so any USB-C cable will work.) The package also includes a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, two "fuzzy" outdoor wind muffs to replace the indoor foam mic covers, and a USB-C to Lightning adapter to use the receiver on an older iPhone. [Note that none of these extra accessories fit within the charging/travel case.] The audio quality was fine (the system mixes the sound from both mics into both the left/right channel, so you can't separate them in post production), and the system allows you to turn on/off a digital noise reduction by pressing the buttons on the microphones. [You can also select between NR levels 1,2,3 by pressing the button on the receiver, but you can't turn it on/off from the receiver, or select the level from the microphones.] The receiver also has the ability to cycle through "regular" sound, or "uncle voice" (a distorted voice useful if you are trying to "hide" somebodies identity) or a "goddess voice" (Similar but high pitched) by double clicking. [The lights change slightly when this is active, but I could see this "feature" potentially ruining a whole set of video recordings if you don't pay attention...] The receiver unit has a USB-C input on the side and the capability to "pass through" USB power into your device while it is working, but it only operates at the 5 volt level, so you won't be able to "rapid charge" your phone while using it. Around 100 feet away, you start to get digital audio artifacts as the system moves out of range, but within 100 feet line of sight the audio quality is consistently good. At the price point, I feel it delivers good value for somebody needing an inexpensive wireless microphone option for cell phone / tablet video recording.
