It has a single button, which you long-press to turn on/off, or short press to swap between 3 different power levels (high, medium, low indicated by red, blue, green lights). It has a soft comfortable cloth lining, with a "waffle weave" type cloth outside which feels a little rougher. The zippers worked, but didn't impress me as they were hard to start and felt like they would jam easily. The rubber push button was slightly hanging outside of the metal surround when it arrived, but I was able to push it back in with a fingernail. It also had a piece of surger lock thread hanging out of a seam that wasn't trimmed at the factory which I had to cut off. It is a low price point, and the construction and materials made it look even cheaper. The heating is provided by 8 distinct patches inside the blanket/shawl. In my measurements, the temperature against your body was only around 100 degrees (in open air, this would get hotter if you pressed it into your body with insulation). It draws 10 watts at high power and in the medium and low settings it still draws 10 watts, but it will cycle on and off to reduce the total power draw and heating over time. Using a heavy powerbank will cause the left side of the shawl to hang a little lower as the battery pocket is slightly offset, but as it goes over your shoulders the weight isn't an issue unless you start to run and it swings in and out and hits you. As it's a shawl and not a full jacket, there is a large amount of air leakage under your arm (pits) area. If you were walking around outside air would get in and remove a lot of the heating benefit. I feel that its' best used while sitting without moving your arms much, preferably in a high backed upholstered chair where the chair can provide extra insulation along the back to direct the heat into your body. When worn zipped around your neck about 6 of the small heating pads are solidly on your back (4 lower, 2 upper) and the reaming two pads sort of wrap to the front of your body by the shoulders. Overall it worked as it was supposed to, but I wasn't impressed by the apparent low quality construction and materials. (On the other hand, the price point is also relatively low.)
