When loaded to 3 amps, the voltage sags down to 11.58 volts, but it still provides almost 35 watts at the full 3 amp draw. From the AC line it draws about 38 watts (92% efficient) and it had a power factor of 1.0. Without a load, the power supply draws less than 1 watt (my meter couldn't detect any draw). It has a 4' cable, and also comes with an adapter that converts the barrel connector to two screw terminals. There is a small amount of resistance in this connection, as it warmed up under the 3 amp load (to around 98 F). After running for 12 minutes at the full 3 amp load, the adapter was slightly warmer than ambient (gently warm to the touch) but not at all hot. Appears to meet all of it's specifications with only minor voltage sag at full load.
