I measured 145 F on the front and 131 F on the back after 15-20 minutes of delivering 63 watts continuously. While I could pick the adapter up, it was painful to close my hand around it, and I worry about somebody using it on a bed or wrapped up in anything else that might insulate it such as a bag. That being said, it pushed out 250 watt hours (4 hours full power) without any issues other than the heat. While rated 65 watts, actual output at the end of the 6' long USB-C cord was 19.7 volts, 3.15 amps, or around 62-63 watts, which is a reasonable amount of voltage/current sag. It comes with a US standard 4' power cord that plugs into the other end, so you have about 10' of total "reach". It is a universal adapter, so accepts 100-250 volts AC 50/60 hz, so can be used world wide with the correct plug adapter. The USB cable end includes a "cable grabber" so you can wrap the cable around the "box" and latch the end in place for storage. [The power cord comes with a wire twist tie in the box, but no other cord organization.] If you have a small laptop that typically draws 15-25 watts, and only goes up to the fully rated 65 when you are charging the battery at the same time as doing compute heavy loads, the waste heat from this guy probably won't be an issue.
