About This Video

In this video I’m talking about the LUDOS Clamor, a set of inexpensive wired earbuds you can grab on Amazon. And before anyone asks—this isn’t a full review, because ya boy got sponsored. So instead of rating them like I normally would, I’m breaking down what makes them interesting, what you actually get, and why wired earbuds still make sense in 2021 (and honestly, even now). They usually sit around $30, but at the time of filming you could find them for about $16, which is kind of wild for a simple plug-and-play option. The big standout here is the memory foam ear tips. You still get traditional rubber tips in multiple sizes, but the memory foam is the main selling point, and it’s color-matched to whatever color you pick. And speaking of color, there are 11 options—LUDOS sent me a bunch (and yes, I dropped them everywhere). You also get an inline mic with play/pause and volume controls, plus a 3.5mm jack and a 120cm cable. My main takeaway: wired earbuds are still clutch when you don’t want to deal with charging, Bluetooth pairing, or connectivity issues—especially for stuff like the Nintendo Switch or when I’m at work and just need something that plugs in and works.
