In this video I’m taking a proper look at the Winees M3 Plus spotlight camera. I unbox it, show you the design and ports (micro USB power, QR code, LED indicator, reset button, and the micro SD card slot), and I explain how you can mount it indoors or outdoors. The bracket is one of the nice parts here because you can tilt it back and forward, lift it up or down, and it holds position by hand—there’s no tightening or loosening needed. I also show that you can mount it upside down and just rotate the image in the settings. Then I set up the AI Dot app step by step: create an account, scan the QR code on the camera, connect it to your 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi, and get it online so you can access it remotely from anywhere. After that I go through real footage and features like infrared night vision vs full color when the spotlight kicks in, human/pet detection, active zones, alerts, and two‑way talk. I also show how to use snapshots/recording in the app, how SD card storage works (up to 128GB), and I explain the main difference between micro SD vs cloud—cloud is what you want if you still need footage even if the camera is turned off or stolen.
