If you’re paying for Google Workspace but you’re not using the built-in AI, you’re leaving a ridiculous amount of automation on the table. In this video I walk through 7 “hidden” Google Workspace AI features that can take you from AI newbie to the person at work who just knows how to get things done faster. I start inside Gmail with “Ask Gemini,” but the real win is using Gemini Gems (think ChatGPT projects, but inside Workspace) to draft replies like sales emails that don’t feel cringy—and then inserting them straight into your email. From there I show how to schedule meetings without the back-and-forth using “help me schedule,” plus Google Calendar booking pages so you can ditch Calendly (and even take payments via Stripe). Then we jump into Slides to generate polished slides from a simple prompt, build full decks in Gemini and export to Slides, and use “beautify this slide” + infographics to turn boring text into something presentable. For data people, Sheets can analyze data, generate charts, and even write formulas in plain English. Finally, I cover Meet’s note-taking/transcripts and how I turn messy transcripts into actionable plans in Docs—plus Google Recorder for brain dumps that become structured content.
