In this video I’m checking out the PWNAGE NYOMI glasspad—Naomi is Pwnage’s new full-art glass pad that they sent out for review, and like always, these are my complete honest opinions. Out of the box it’s packaged really well, and you get a sticker plus a thank you card. Size-wise it’s 490x420 and 3mm thick including the base, with a full silicone backing (with the Pwnage logo) that stays planted on my desk with zero sliding while gaming. Surface-wise, Naomi is very textured—you can actually see and feel it, especially on your forearm. Even with that texture, it’s still a fast pad, and I like that it lets me make quick micro-adjustments while keeping the glide smooth. My biggest complaint is the surface feeling kind of sticky on bare skin, so I’d recommend using a sleeve if you pick it up. I also noticed what felt like a slight “bend/warp” sensation that might be from the silicone backing, but once it’s set flat on the desk it wasn’t an issue in use. No tracking problems, no static friction buildup after hours, solid dynamic friction, and at $100 I think it’s a strong value compared to other glasspads getting priced even higher.
