In this video I’m checking out ATK Gaming Gear’s newest mouse, the ATK Duckbill—also their first real OEM/unique shape, which is a big deal for them. I bought this one myself, so these are my honest takes. I go over the specs, build quality, clicks, coating, skates, software, and the whole unboxing experience. Mine is the metallic purple colorway (my favorite of the three), and overall the mouse feels super well put together with minimal branding and really solid stock skates. For performance, you’re getting a 3950 sensor and 8K polling standard, and I’ve been running it mostly at 4K. Weight came in at about 48g with skates installed (a bit over advertised), but it doesn’t feel heavy in-game. The clicks are optical, super spammable and clicky, scroll wheel feels smooth, and I didn’t notice double clicking or weird pre/post travel. The main “meh” points for me are the small glossy side buttons (a little slippery), the coating that can get sticky when your hands get sweaty, and the $130 price—if ATK dropped it closer to $100, it’d be way more competitive. Still, if you’re a claw gripper and like the TenZ shape vibe but want a less aggressive hump, this mouse is easily main-worthy for me.
