Everyone asks if I just do the 20-minute workout. Here's the honest answer: it depends on the day. ๐Ÿ‘‡ The 20 minutes is the foundation. And it's plenty on its own. Every muscle group, covered. If you have 20 minutes, you have everything you need. Some days that's all I do. Other days I'll add a burnout, a short run, or some extra accessory work on top, but that's always extra, never required. After 15 years of training, this is the split I keep coming back to: โœ… Monday: Legs + Chest โœ… Tuesday: Arms + Back โœ… Wednesday: Legs + Glutes โœ… Thursday: Core + Accessory โœ… Friday: Full Body That 20 minutes is the foundation.
