Everyone asks if I just do the 20-minute workout. Here's the honest answer: it depends on the day. ๐ The 20 minutes is the foundation. And it's plenty on its own. Every muscle group, covered. If you have 20 minutes, you have everything you need. Some days that's all I do. Other days I'll add a burnout, a short run, or some extra accessory work on top, but that's always extra, never required. After 15 years of training, this is the split I keep coming back to: โ Monday: Legs + Chest โ Tuesday: Arms + Back โ Wednesday: Legs + Glutes โ Thursday: Core + Accessory โ Friday: Full Body That 20 minutes is the foundation.
