I tried to turn a cheeseburger into a giant gummy bear using a custom 3D-printed mould, and it very quickly became one of the longest and strangest kitchen experiments I’ve ever attempted. The plan changed multiple times, the mould fought back, and somewhere along the way the bear evolved into something closer to David Bowie and a bacon double cheeseburger crossed with a fox. After nearly 13 and a half hours of pouring, setting, re-setting and improvising, it somehow worked... and I was ridiculously proud of it by the end. Thanks to the guys at https://3dbydesigns.com/ for making the mould reality and food safe!
