Ever been to a restaurant and ordered ravioli, only to get three tiny ones lost on a massive plate? I thought it was time to fix that. So I made a giant ravioli (or should that be raviolo?) completely from scratch — pasta dough, ricotta, spinach, egg yolk, the lot.
