I saw an idea on Instagram for a Kinder Bueno and Ferrero Rocher hybrid… and realised it doesn’t actually exist. So naturally I had to try making them reality! A roasted hazelnut centre like a Ferrero Rocher, a creamy hazelnut filling inspired by Kinder Bueno, crushed wafer for that signature crunch, then coated in white chocolate and chopped hazelnuts before finishing with a drizzle of chocolate. In theory it should work… but getting it to look neat is another challenge entirely.
