I Attempted to Make the New Mcdonalds ‘McGriddle’ at Home

I tried a McDonald’s McGriddle in the UK… then made my own from scratch to see if it was actually better. We seem to be calling them McGriddles over here but i'm pretty certain it's McGriddles, plus I don't think I could eat more than one in a week! Maple pancakes with syrup baked inside, sausage, folded egg… it’s basically breakfast and dessert at the same time. My homemade version tasted much fresher, but it’s still a very sweet one.
