In this episode we take the next big step toward getting this engine back into the beautiful Derby Green Metallic 1971 Honda CB350. Before we drop it back into the frame, we wanted to make sure everything is dialed in and ready to go. With the engine mounted up on the stand, we go through the important basics that every vintage Honda twin needs. First up is adjusting the valves, then setting the ignition timing so this old engine has the best chance possible at running like it should. It may not be the flashiest part of a motorcycle build, but this is the kind of work that makes all the difference. This CB350 has come a long way already, and it feels good seeing the engine finally looking like a real motorcycle engine again instead of a greasy pile of parts on the bench.
