It starts, runs, and sounds great, but there was one big problem... it wouldn't shift into gear! In this episode, we start with the easy stuff and try adjusting the semi-automatic clutch. To be honest, I didn't think that was going to solve the problem, and unfortunately I was right. With the simple fixes ruled out, it's time to dive deeper. Off comes the case cover and eventually the clutch so we can inspect the shifting mechanism. That's when we finally discover the culprit. The shift arm spring isn't even connected! Sometimes the biggest problems are caused by the smallest parts. Once we found the disconnected spring, everything suddenly made sense. Will this simple repair be enough to get this little Honda shifting again? You'll have to watch and find out!
