After getting the bike to run, it became clear something wasn’t quite right. The engine was acting like it had an air leak, so we decided to start with the obvious suspect: the intake manifold gasket. Instead of ordering a new one, we went old-school garage style and made a homemade gasket to see if we could seal things up and solve the problem. Sometimes the simple fixes work… and sometimes they just lead you deeper down the rabbit hole. After installing the gasket and firing the bike up again, it quickly became clear that the problem wasn’t where we thought it was. So now the real troubleshooting begins. In this episode we start digging deeper into the QA50’s intake system, carburetor connections, and possible vacuum leaks to figure out exactly what's going on with this tiny Honda. These little minibikes may be simple machines, but they can still keep you guessing. And honestly… that’s half the fun.
