Rare Honda CM91 “Student Kit” from Honda Customs Group – Will It Run? #vintagemotorcycle #motorcyclerewind #cm91 Back in the mid-1960s, Honda released four dealer-installed customization kits for the CM91 and C90 Super Cubs: Rally, Roadster, Boss, and Student. Each kit changed the look and feel of the little Cub — different seats, handlebars, badges, exhausts, and even paint schemes. The Student Kit was meant to appeal to younger riders, with a sporty, stripped-down look and simple add-ons that made it easy to personalize. This CM91 has been sitting untouched for years, so in true Motorcycle Rewind fashion, we clean out the carb, sort the ignition, chase down spark, and see if this vintage Honda will fire up once again. There’s something really special about hearing that old 90cc engine come back to life — especially one with such a rare piece of Honda history bolted to it.
