Two of the latest arrivals have us scratching our heads: a classic Honda 305 Dream and a vintage Honda C70 Passport, both with stuck engines. The 305 Dream, one of Honda’s most iconic early street motorcycles, helped establish Honda’s reputation in the U.S. market in the 1960s. The C70, a member of the legendary Cub family, is one of the most produced motorcycles in history. But history doesn’t mean much when the crankshaft won’t turn. In this episode we: Inspect both bikes inside and out Check for rust, water intrusion, and long-term storage damage Try our usual “spray & pray” method Apply patience, leverage, and maybe a little elbow grease Attempt to free the engines without tearing them down Can we get them to move?
