About This Video

In this video I’m sharing the kid-focused bullet journal spreads that have genuinely saved my brain as a mum of four. I set these up because I cannot contain all the information for all of them in my head anymore (and honestly, I wasn’t doing that great of a job even when there were only two). Everything here is designed to be quick to reference and simple to maintain—because when you’re a mum, you are busy, and I didn’t want loads of extra washi tape and decoration getting in the way of actually using the pages. I walk you through my school info spread (addresses, timings, class names, clothing and shoe sizes), medical and support contacts, and a really practical illness log for tracking dates, severity, and treatments. I also include memory-keeping spreads like milestones (especially for my little baby girl), achievements, and “kids say the funniest things,” because my memory isn’t brilliant and I want to remember these tiny moments while they’re still small. To make it even more functional, I add wish lists and favourites (so birthdays/Christmas are easier), a “will eat / won’t eat” page for fussy eaters, term dates across different schools, and even a spread for my child’s friends—parents’ names, safe foods, and notes for presents. It’s all about making life work for you, not the other way around.
