I built this app because I couldn’t just “start” things. You know when your brain wants to do something… but you just can’t get going? That’s what this is for. This is a full demo of my app “Simple Rhythms” — a routine builder designed to help you actually start tasks, not just plan them. It’s not about being perfect or productive. It’s about getting started when your brain won’t cooperate. If you struggle with: ADHD task paralysis overwhelm starting cleaning or routines this might actually help 💕 I’m currently looking for teste #adhd #cleaningmotivation #adhdproductivity rs, so if you’d like to try it, let me know in the comments or email me. 💬 I’d LOVE to know: Would something like this help you? #ADHD #CleaningMotivation #RoutineApp #Productivity #TaskParalysis

About This Video

In this video I’m giving you a full, from-the-beginning demo of my app, Simple Rhythms—because I genuinely built it for the exact moment when your brain wants to do the thing… but you just can’t start. I walk you through my task + routine system, how I break big, overwhelming room lists into smaller “routines” (like a playroom reset vs. reduce clutter vs. deep clean), and how I can assign routines to my “ideal week” so I’m not constantly thinking, searching, or planning when I just need to crack on. I also show you the two modes: Flow (no timer, just step-by-step) and Race (a timer you can adjust, pause, and use for motivation). One of my favourite parts is the tracking—seeing I spent 77 minutes and completed four routines is weirdly validating, and the average times are a reality check (like the dishwasher taking 4 minutes, not 10). I share my essential evening self-care routine too (yes, including “have a wee” as my trigger), and I’m honest about why this matters for ADHD—habits don’t just “form” for me, so having the next step shown to me removes the anxiety and overwhelm. Finally, I set up a tidy-room routine for Ridley, show how “not yet/not today” works, how you can add tasks mid-race, and how random races can give you a few pre-selected tasks when you’re low energy and don’t want to think.
