About This Video

Hello my lovelies — in this video I’m taking you through my February 2022 bullet journal setup (a little late in the game, but we’re just about making it). I went for a Dutch door cover/title page inspired by a Pinterest wire-mesh mood board kind of vibe, and I kept the whole thing in purples (no black this month!) with a tiny bit of pale green. I also pulled out my little “alpha blocks” book — basically a book of positive words — and chose a word for every day, because sometimes sitting with one word helps me orientate myself and add a bit of extra positivity. Inside the setup I show you my simple, ADHD-friendly tracking pages that I’m actually managing to keep up with: a line-a-day, my productivity tracker (those teeny tiny icons are so satisfying), and my love/life/health/habits tracker that I’ve kept pretty consistent for about a year because it genuinely works for me. I chat honestly about why keeping the trackers minimal has helped me stay consistent, and how they’ve been useful for things like doctors appointments, mood patterns, and spotting burnout before it smacks me in the face. I also set up four different weekly layouts (in-depth, simple, in-depth, simple) so I’m not putting too much pressure on myself, plus I reintroduce my running task list because my to-dos were getting out of hand. And right at the end, I add a tiny “monthly theme snapshot” spread so future-me can look back and instantly remember what each month looked like.
