Take two, besties — my Stardew stream literally crashed, so I came back like we never left and immediately went into “independent bad girly streamer” mode trying to fix my audio and my stream tools. This episode is Winter 11–18 (Year 1) on my big ol’ modded farm, and I’m juggling a truly unhinged amount of content: Stardew Valley Expanded + Ridgeside + Sunberry Village + Grampleton Fields + Zuzu City (and… like 95 mods total). I’m also testing my new end credits/chat confirmations, so chat is extra spammy on purpose while I make sure subs/mods/roles are getting picked up correctly. Gameplay-wise, I’m doing my usual cozy chaos: milking cows (for the third time because of the crash… rip), running errands, donating to the museum, recycling, and trying to keep my quest list from bullying me. I attempt to hunt down Pebbleback Crabs and a Ridge Bluegill, and it turns into a full-on horror moment — I wander into an area that absolutely does not feel like it’s meant for “I just want to fish” energy, get swarmed, get nauseous for two minutes, and promptly get wrecked and wake up in the Ridgeside Hospital. The takeaway: this modpack forces me to slow down (which I secretly love), but also… sometimes the creatures will simply get you.
