Tonight I’m back in Pokopia (Poptopia lol) for some nighttime adventures, picking up roughly where we left off after finding Moslax and Pikachu (and yes, I’m still confused about the Pikachu name situation…but that’s none of my business apparently). I check in on my progress—three Pokémon Centers done now, including Rocky Ridge—and I’m kind of torn between pushing story stuff into a new area vs. doing biome/quality-of-life work in my current zones. I’ve been doing some of the “tidy” stuff off stream, but we still get into plenty of little tasks together. We do my first hide-and-seek mini game (make it to the Pokémon Center and touch the PC without getting spotted), meet new spawns like Wartortle/Blastoise, and I troubleshoot my garden/irrigation setup because my water was being weird and parts of my plot kept drying out. I test ideas, dig underneath to check for leaks, and realize water spread is…pickier than I thought. We also craft a bread oven (after I realize I’m missing volcanic ash), get Charmander to light it (bean payment included), and I show off some cozy little moments—like spinning fast to make Ditto hug themself (so cute). We wrap with some map exploring, Team Rocket task progress, and a Lapras ocean lap while I try not to get lost in the fog.
