Hi friends ♡ in this stream I’m back in Pokémon Pokopia (Poptopia) and, yes, I’m still fully obsessed. I’ve only had the game for like 11 days and I’m already pushing 40–50 hours (with a full-time in-person job, mind you), which is… concerning. Ditto is everything to me, and I talk a bit about why the whole premise is so cute/sad: we’re always playing as Ditto doing their best “goopy” recreation of their trainer, and because we’re Pokémon too, we can actually talk to everyone instead of just hearing name noises. Gameplay-wise, I’m doing my usual cozy chaos: checking stamps, shopping a little, and working on moving Pokémon into houses (I made a shared house setup and I’m slowly relocating cuties). I also finish up some Bleak Beach progress (Pokémon Center/community center vibes) and then finally go through a gate I’d been ignoring—into Rocky Ridges. This new area feels like an old mine town, and it introduces electricity/power puzzles: there’s a PC that won’t work until it’s pushed to a sparking spot… except it’s too heavy. The big takeaway is we need to lure a Machoke back by building habitats (water gun to restore plants + leafage for tall grass) so we can actually move the PC and explore properly.
