In this stream I’m back on my big ol’ modded Stardew save (Expanded + Ridgeside, and now I’m also poking at Grampleton Fields/Zuzu City stuff even though we haven’t fully discovered it yet). We’re in Winter 4 through Winter 10 of Year 1, so it’s very much “cozy chores + trying to stay organized” energy. I spend a chunk of time doing my silly little admin: updating my in-game to-do list with fish I still need for bundles because I do not fish recreationally in Stardew (I will simply never remember otherwise). Some people think it “takes the fun out of it,” but I disagree—this is how I keep my brain comfy. After that it’s the usual farm life: tending animals, making more artisan machines (I like having basically one machine per animal even if it’s not optimal, okay), and talking about how I’m taking this save slow because there are so many NPCs with all the expansions. Then we head out to actually catch what we can in winter—tracking down stuff like tiger trout and woodskip—plus some wandering, meeting villagers, and general “who are you people” modded Stardew chaos. It’s a cozy, chatty episode with lots of little progress and a lot of vibes.
