This stream is literally me finally getting my hands on Pokémon Pokopia (it came in the mail exactly when it said it would, I was just being impatient lol). I’m not usually a physical media girly because I’m not patient, but I’m trying to expand my collection—plus we chatted cozy-life stuff like organizing my DS games, making things cuter, and just generally vibing before we jumped in. Also: it was National Oreo Day, so we did the most important discussion of all time—how you eat Oreos (by the sleeve is valid, apparently). Then we start the actual adventure: I’m a Ditto trying to remember my trainer, so we do character creation (yes, I went pink, Millie Buns pink hair core forever). The world is… sad. Everything’s dried up, Tangrowth is dramatic, and I immediately get emotionally attached because I personify animals way too hard. We find a Squirtle who’s literally like “water,” so I transform, learn Water Gun, and start reviving the land—grass turns green, flowers come back, and it becomes this cozy little loop of making comfy habitats. And then!!! Bulbasaur shows up (my BABY), we become friends, and the whole vibe becomes “Animal Crossing meets Minecraft, but Pokémon and I’m goopy and emotional.”
