I walk you through my actual morning skincare routine (cleanser, toner, vitamin C, moisturizer, sunscreen) and show you the textures, how they layer, and what I reach for as someone with very sensitive, breakout-prone combination skin. I also talk a little bit about my skin journey—hormonal acne in my teens/early 20s, cutting out dairy, and learning to accept acne scars and the healing process. For nighttime, I keep it simpler and focus on double cleansing (because sunscreen + makeup), then toner, and I share my thoughts on viral sheet masks (including collagen masks that take forever).
