Good morning—this video is basically me gently getting my life together after six weeks of summer break (aka reading all day and starting a new book way too late). I’m someone who loves to plan every minute when I’m working, so getting back into routine starts with the basics: washing my face (Crave Beauty Matcha Cleanser is so mild), brushing my teeth, and putting on sunblock if I’m stepping outside—rain or shine. Then I do quiet time with the Lord early, because if I wait until the end of the day, there’s a higher chance I’ll forget. It doesn’t have to be long or a full-blown Bible study—just consistent. From there, I’m back to movement and productivity. I share how I like to work out about three times a week because it’s sustainable while working full-time (two weekdays, one weekend), and I’m totally fine adjusting intensity—progression matters more than perfection. I also take you through my WFH teacher life, how it’s different from classroom teaching (bye, Sunday scaries), and how I try to be efficient with errands—like charging my car and knocking out tasks at the same time. We finish with a protein-packed breakfast (to help with blood sugar and staying full), plus what I learned from Ultrahuman Blood Vision about my biomarkers and how I’m adjusting my habits moving forward.
