Here's a Japan travel vlog where I'm only eating Japanese convenience store food for 24 hours. I decided to do the 24 hours convenience store challenge by only eating at convenience stores in Japan for 24 hours. Here are some of my favorite Japanese snacks and Japanese convenience store foods :) I traveled around Japan solo for the day but still enjoyed my time getting to eat at Japanese konbinis ~ In this food vlog I'm trying top konbini food at Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-11 in Japan! I share some of my favorite Japanese snacks and Konbini favorites. About This Video

I spent a full 24 hours in Japan eating only convenience store food (aka konbini food), and honestly
it was way more fun (and delicious) than I expected. I started my morning at 7-Eleven because the quality feels so consistent to me, and I was so dehydrated that I grabbed a Pocari Sweat first. Then I did my usual “find greens in Asia” mission with the smoothie machine (I always choose the kale one), tried onigiri (grilled salmon because my spicy mentaiko was sold out), and warmed up with corn soup that tasted like comforting canned corn in the best way. The real highlight was the dessert-for-breakfast moment: the famous crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e ice cream. It’s sweeter, but it genuinely tastes like crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e—more like vanilla ice cream with a caramelized top than warm custard. Later, I hunted down the 7-Eleven egg sando (my favorite balance—slightly tart, not overly flavored because I like my food a little on the blander side), and I tried the grape ice cream balls that literally melted like a softly frozen smoothie. I also stopped by Lawson for dessert (so velvety and decadent it made me do my “angry eating” face), then ended at Family Mart at night—feeling super safe walking around—where I found my spicy mentaiko onigiri and did the iconic egg sando + fami chiki combo (like a DIY chicken sandwich moment).
