About This Video

If you’re looking to change your life, I genuinely believe it comes down to consistent action—because big changes here and there are nice, but it’s the small habits we do every day that become our lifestyle. In this video, I’m sharing 7 small habits that actually stick when motivation fades, and I’m keeping it realistic. I never worked out until I turned 25, and I used to ditch 8 a.m. classes in college… so if I can build new rhythms, you can too. I talk through how sleep and wake times affect everything (and how late workouts, naps, and even caffeine at 5 p.m. can make it harder). I also share how I stay consistent by scheduling my workouts in advance and moving them instead of deleting them, plus the budgeting habit that changed my mindset: giving every dollar a name and making spending decisions based on need vs. want and cost per use. We also get into listening to your conscience/gut (and as a Christian, grounding that in prayer and Scripture), saving leisure for after work so you can actually relax, and taking care of yourself before someone else has to—because this is what we do.
