As our kids get older, the workload grows, the outside commitments grow, and somehow the hours in the day do not. I share why this season can feel especially tight when you’re trying to keep up with high school-level work and still enjoy the fun rhythms of December. I also walk through a mindset shift that helps me: I don’t have to drop every special thing just because life is full, but I do have to be honest about what can fit. I talk about making peace with limited time, choosing what matters most for this season, and letting “Christmas schooling” be simple and life-giving instead of one more pressure point. My goal is to help you keep a peaceful homeschool—even with teens—by planning around reality, not an imaginary schedule that only works in November.
