In this vlog, I’m taking you through a realistic, productive day with me—from the gym to the grocery store, then back home for easy, healthy meals. I headed in for an upper body session (a quick back-focused day), but I’m also staying on top of my knee recovery, so I worked in physio throughout and kept my cycling low-impact. I usually warm up on the bike for 5–10 minutes, but because I know myself, I ended up doing the longer cycle first (around 20–30 minutes) so it actually gets done. I also finished with a quick core finisher—about 120 reps—because I’m not trying to go too ham when I’ve got more training coming up. After the gym, I popped to M&S (because the fruit just tastes better, sorry) to grab the basics—blueberries, strawberries, oranges, plus a couple bits for my burrito bowl. Back at home, I showed you what I’m eating on my mini cut, including a high-protein yogurt bowl where I actually weigh my portions now (I’m being serious about it). For dinner, I made my go-to burrito bowl with turkey mince, seasoned beans, lettuce, tomatoes, rice, and my favourite quick yogurt + chipotle dressing. It’s cosy, simple, and it keeps me consistent—because that’s the whole point.
