Hello guys — in this Living Alone Diaries vlog, I’m taking you through a chill but still productive night in after work. I’m resting from the gym (and yes, it’s Monday which is normally game face on, leg day), but I’ve been training lower body so much that I really needed to listen to my body. I also chat a little bit about my plans for tomorrow because I’m going to the Cube with Garnier, which I’m genuinely excited about. When I get home, it’s all about resetting: taking my makeup off ASAP because my skin gets super oily, doing a quick mask, and just keeping everything as moisturising as possible because I’m using tretinoin. I’m also sharing little real-life bits like how I’ve been wearing a band around my hair to make mornings easier, and how sleep affects everything — especially when you train hard. For dinner, I’m very much in my “put stuff together” era: potatoes, eggs for extra protein, mince, leftover creamy prawn pasta, and a quick salad (I ran out of lemon, so it was honey/olive oil/black pepper vibes). Then I get cozy, watch Prison Break, edit TikToks, and finish the night with my favourite apple & vanilla tea with chamomile and passionflower to properly wind down.
