Hey guys — in this vlog I’m basically bringing you along for a real, honest day in my life while I’m recovering from knee surgery. The clips you’re seeing were filmed around two weeks post-op (I’m about six weeks now), so you’ll get a proper update on what recovery has looked like for me: physio appointments, getting my stitches out, and the little wins like walking better once I stopped overthinking it. I’m still dealing with some stiffness and stairs are still a bit… yeah, but I’m keeping up with my physio and I’m aiming in the right direction. I also show you a car accessories haul because I picked up a bunch of bits for my new car (Shein + Amazon), and I set things up in the car like a phone holder, storage, cleaning items, and a few essentials I like to keep on hand. Plus we have a little life catch-up: nails (I went buttery yellow French tips), food chat (and my mini rant about meals that claim protein but don’t really deliver), and a quick look at me heading to a Black hair & beauty event with Vatika.
