How to stay consistent with working out plus my workout splits Hey friends! Welcome back to another video! In this one, I’m sharing my week of workouts and how I stay consistent in the gym while working a 9-5. It’s definitely not always easy showing up after a long day at work, but over time I’ve built a solid routine that helps me stay on track, even on those days when I’m tired or miss a session. This week’s workout split looks a little different! My goal each week is to hit the gym 4-5 times, but I also remind myself that it’s all about consistency and balance...missing a day isn’t the end of the world! If you’re someone trying to stay consistent with your workouts while managing a full time job, I hope this video gives you some motivation and shows that progress comes from building small, sustainable habits. About This Video

In this video I’m taking you through a realistic week of workouts and how I stay consistent in the gym while working a 9–5. I’m not going to lie—going after a long day when your energy is done is not easy, but I’ve built a routine over time that helps me keep showing up. I also want to be real: it took me a while to get here, and having a gym mate definitely pushes me too because we’re both there to do what we’re supposed to do. I’m sharing my split across the week: an intense Monday leg day (with warm-ups, single-leg work to balance strength, and my fave supersets), a mid-week reset where rest days sometimes happen back-to-back because life happens, a quick upper-body “filler” session even when it’s dark outside and I’d rather be home, and a Sunday session that’s more physio + core + cardio. I also talk about the mindset that keeps me consistent: don’t disappear for ages—if you miss a day, pick yourself back up and “fill it in” on another day so you don’t fall out of your routine. My biggest takeaway: aim for consistency and balance. If you’re a beginner, even 2–3 sessions a week is a win—just move your body every day in some way, and do something for your heart.
